How much space do I need for a bell tent?
A 5m bell tent requires a flat, grassy area of approximately 7m x 7m to allow room for guy ropes and easy access.
Do you set up and take down the tents?
Yes, all of our packages include full setup and take-down at your chosen location. You just show up and enjoy!
Can we choose where the tents are positioned?
Absolutely! If you’re on private land or a venue with space, we’re happy to work with your preferred layout, we can even help with planning the best setup.
What happens if it rains?
Our tents are fully waterproof and cosy inside. We also provide warm bedding and ambient lighting to keep things comfy no matter the weather.
Do the tents have electricity or heating?
Not as standard, but we can chat through options if you need power or extra warmth — particularly for autumn or early spring events.
Can guests book and pay for their own tents?
Yes, we offer a guest booking service to take the pressure off you. We’ll coordinate everything and keep you updated along the way.
Is it possible to extend our stay?
In most cases, yes just let us know as early as possible so we can check availability and make the necessary arrangements.
What happens if we damage a tent?
Our tents are sturdy and built to last, but if damage does occur, we’ll assess the situation. Minor wear and tear is usually no problem, but for significant damage, cleaning or repair fees may apply. We’re always fair and transparent about any costs.
Are dogs allowed in the tents?
Yes, we welcome well-behaved dogs in our tents! Just be sure to double-check with your chosen venue or campsite, as some locations have their own pet policies.
Do you hire bell tents during the week?
Yes, absolutely. While weekends are our most popular, we’re happy to accommodate weekday bookings where availability allows — just drop us a message with your dates.
